I have all my songs in my external drive. I heard that there is a key that i press while i open ITUNES on my powerbook that will ask if i would like to play songs from another location besides the internal HD.
Help

I also have my library located on an external drive. I have never heard about having to press a key to play from elsewhere. All you have to do is point itunes in the direction of your music folder from your preferences.

MY Library is spread across 4 (7 if you include video) drives and I've never even heard of this.
