Hi, I'm a mac-convert and recently got a Macbook Pro and am loving using the Mac OS. However, I have a couple of specialist software programmes and a PC comptuer game I'd really love to use, so I've installed parallels and Windows XP which seem to be working fine. However, now that I've installed the computer game (Lucinda Green's Equestrian Challenge) it doesn't work when I try and run it. It starts to load it and then comes up with an error (typical PC!) and I'm guessing it's something to do with the graphics card. Not knowing very much about Mac's/Parallels/Computers I'm a bit stuck!
On the back of the game's cd case it says that the game doesn't always work on laptops as "integrated/onboard graphics chipsets and laptops are not supported" but it use to run fine (albeit slowly) on my old PC laptop. It also reads:
"Game must be installed with full administration rights regarding Windows XP"
Not entirely sure what it means by this, but as I'm only running a virtual Windows OS is that the problem? Do computer games not run very well on window's parallel?
Thanks
