iMovie HD making clips blurry

Hello,

Lately I've been using Snapz Pro to record some games on my mac and the files come out crystal clear when viewed in Quicktime but when imported into iMovie they become quite blurry and stay the same once the project is exported. Can anyone help me out and let me know what I'm doing wrong?

Maybe you are running at a resolution higher than iMovie can export to. Are you exporting to full quality?

Yes I was, what's the highest res it can handle?

If it's iMovieHD, i'm guessing the resolution 1080i or 1080p, but I think the screen resolution can go higher than that on alot of computers now. I could be wrong.

Why are you importing it to iMovie?
