MSN messenger doesn't yet have webcam support for Mac unfortunately.

While its true that MSN Messanger doesn't support WebCam on Mac. there is aMSN (can't remember the link right now but if you search in google you'll find it) Does support WebCam and can be used to contact your MSN Messanger Buddies.

Also if its not too much of a hassle Skype is a great Video Conferencing Software and works Grrrreat on both Macs and Pcs and the Video and Audio Quality is outstanding.
