nah not november, all the rumours (yes i know they are just rumours) say that its october. when leopard was delayed for the iPhone they said that leopard had been pushed back to october.

Its pretty likely to be October, after all - Apple have said it will be october.

Just a guess, but I would say early October is not far off. The beta passed out at WWDC was said to be feature complete. If that's true, the next several months will just be spent fixing bugs. I would imagine that at this point, it's probably very close to being ready.

Many Mac enthusiasts were very disappointed by the delay. I would imagine that now that the iPhone launch is complete (and successful), full resources are being dedicated to getting Leopard out the door. I wouldn't be surprised if it were even a little early just to make up for the delay.

I figured it would come out mid to late October as well (based on previous Apple announcements), but October 5 would be great.

I think the switchers during the past year are more excited about this release (know I am - am reminded of the anticipation surrounding the release of '95) than the long time Mac users.

Again apple has already said October.

Being a switcher (yet long term mac lover) I can't wait for leopard... just curious, how many will be making the switch?
