entourage for email?

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook 1.83 GHz intel c2d, 2gb ram, xp and os x.6
I'm a new mac user and I've been relying on MS Entourage for my email. My only problem is that every time I click on a link for an email in my browser (still use safari) it opens my gmail account in the browser and I want it to open a new email in entourage. Is there a setting I can change to set entourage as my default email client?

The default Mail client is set in Mail.app's preferences
