I have a wireless Microsoft Notebook Optical Mouse 4000, and I've been using it for a good 6 months. I've had no problems or anything, but now it refuses to work. I have not upgraded or changed my mac in anyway. It worked yesterday, and now it doesnt work today. It even says "mouse battery: full, signal strength: 5 bars (which is the maximum)." But the cursor just wont move when the mouse moves. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm a PC person but its worth a shot. I had a similar situation and what I ended up doing was resetting the mouse. There should be a button on the device somewhere, not the actual mouse. that did the trick for me. Good luck!
