Does anybody know a good note taking app besides microsoft word or some other word program. Just an app that makes it easier to take notes rather than bullet pointing everything in word.

Thanks

Ah, good question.

I myself have wondered about this (what is a good OS X note taking app), but I never bothered to search for one, mostly because I only have a desktop Mac right now so a note taking app would be mostly useless for me.

Anyways, after a little bit of searching, I came across this page:

Take a look at it.

I'll try some of them and maybe I'll edit this post later if one seems to fit your needs.

Some of the ones listed at that page don't require you to pay.

Some are freeware, while others will probably only ask you to "upgrade" or "register" at startup (which you can ignore if you want).

Not really sure though; try it out yourself.

As for Sidenote, that one is free.
