Hi chaps!.

I am thinking about purchasing a MacBook Pro 15.4", Santa Rosa with LED screen, but have just heard a rumour that the 10.4.10 update BREAKS WiFi/causes kernel panics, on the built-in airport card.

Would someone be so kind as to post a photograph of their Santa Rosa MacBook Pro, restore DVDs please, because I want to know which minor revision of OS X is installed, when you buy the MBP Santa Rosa.

Remember: ONLY post a photo of your MacBook Pro restore DVDs if:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1/ The processor speed is 2.2Ghz or 2.4Ghz
2/ You purchased your MacBook Pro *NEW*, and since 5th June 2007.

This is not a major factor in my purchase decision, but I sure would like some peace of mind, before handing over £1,299 in CASH!.

Thanks guys - you people are so helpful!.

Apple is working on a fix as we speak.

And the 10.4.10 issue is across the spectrum, not only the SR chipset.

Your Mac's Specs
15" Matte, Macbook Pro 2.2 gHz, 2 GB Ram, 120GB HDD
Yeah, I am going to buy my MBP, and then not update until the NEXT update is released.
