R.I.P. Mighty Mouse scroll ball

As thousands of philosophers around the world predicted, my scroll ball won't scroll down anymore.

I usually manage to somehow avoid the 'common' faults in a product, but not this one.

I've heard there are ways to clean it?

Been doing that for a while but after the last 2 cleanings, I still have problems scrolling down. Maybe I should start using kerosene? LOL!
