20" G5 iMac won't burn DVD's

Hello, when I burn any DVD's with my Super Drive they end up with errors. I have 3 different Linux ISO's and they all fail the self check. I ran the md5 against the files and they came back ok. If I burn the same files on another computer they work just fine. Does it just need cleaned? If so whats the best way? Thanks --Jake
