Does anyone have any experience with using rsync in the Terminal???
I'm trying to back-up about 160GB (my "Home" folder) to a remote server (Dreamhost)... When I enter the command (below) it goes through the process, and copies all the folders to the Dreamhost server.. BUT all the folders are empty??? The 160GB, ends up as 0.02MB, (just empty folders).
Here is the command I am using:
(Obviously, the USER@SERVER is my actual info)
rsync -avz ~/ USER<at>SERVER:~/iMac.bak/
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
