Burning from iDVD should primarily be used only for burning projects you created in iDVD.

Picture CD/DVD to be used in windows

Data CD/DVD

Using iTunes to burn an audio CD

Burn a mp3 CD

and more can be found with a quick search at Apple

If your are use to and like Nero from the other side - you can get Toast

there is also Burn

Wow he said it! LOL

many people swear by iTunes, which is fine, although I find it's interface a little clunky when it comes to burning. I have Toast, which I use primarily for DVDs, but it does have a good cd burning feature. Although Toast is a little on the expensive side.

I'd reccomend Burn if you don't like using iTunes =)
