Need hel pwith a Shapeshifter theme.

27" iMac 2.7GHz Core i5, iPhone 6, iPad Air 2, 4th gen Apple TV
I installed a theme called Crystal Clear, which is a nice little theme, but I think it may be causing a problem with my OS. I switched to the default Aqua theme, but my applications windows still go all translucent when I'm switching between Windows, which what I think my be causing the problem.

Short of switching to the default theme, I don't know how to stop this translucent effect. Can anyone help me?

What you'll want to do is to go into the /Library/InputManagers folder and delete the 'SetAlphaValue' folder. Spotlight and trash the .bundle and .plist too if you want.
