VIDEO TS files and .VOB files

hey guys i need some help im trying to get my DVD collection at my house all on my computer but some of the vids i ripped before i started using a diffrint prog to make them MP4's, they were ripped as video TS and .VOB files and each movie had like 10 of them, is there a way i can convert them all thogther into an AVI or MPG4 file?? or is there no prog that can do this?
