IMAC 20"!! WOOH YEAH!! 2gb ram - 250gb hd 2.16ghz core 2 duo
I have verson 10 of tiger (10.4.10)
and I tryed to use a piece of software called UNO and it says something like
"only compatable with 10.4.5 or higher"
well I have that

Any suggestions?

Email the dev, although, I think he already knows about it. There is nothing you can do until it gets updated.

He just released a new version, get it. It works with 10.4.10.
