Hi,

I am trying to connect my Sony Camcorder to my MacBook but without any luck. The macbook does not detect the camera either using USB or firewire. I would like to be able to capture the footage in IMovie.

Thanks,

The MacBook does not detect the camera in USB Mode, however this is only for downloading images from the memory stick and for not accessing the Tape on which the video footage is on.

Thanks,
