Preference change help!

I accepted some kind of change on how the iTunes store works. Now songs for purchase are 1.29$ instead of 99 cents. What is the differnce between the two modes and how can i change it back if I so choose?

Haha - very funny Ride ;)

The difference is that the 'iTunes Plus' enabled tracks are $1,29, have no DRM (play them on any AAC-capable device) and are higher quality (256Kb instead of 128Kb)
