Stupid question of the year

Through an FTP server..
Basically, my website is www.evolewtion.co.uk, to upload files I either:
1. Type ftp.evolewtion.co.uk into a web browser and log in with my details then Drag the files over.
2. Download an application that makes this much easier, i.e Transmit or Fetch. Transmit is highly recommended by me !

I use YummyFTP simply because I bought it in a bundle (or I got a free licence... I can't remember). I don't use FTP often enough for it to really matter, so it suits me fine.
