Windows XP SP2 OR VISTA Using Bootcamp

I have a new 2.4Ghz MBP and im thinking of getting either win XP or Vista i have a few games mostly RTS "Company Of Heroes" that i would like to play and want to be prepared for the future games that come out. any suggestions would be great! any pros and cons of the two systems would be great.
