- Macbook Pro 2.16 Ghz C2D, 2 Gigs RAM and Macbook 2 Ghz CD 1 Gig RAM
Boot Camp creates the partition fine, and the Windows installation proceeds normally until it attempts to boot windows for the first time. It always seems to be working until it suddenly gives me a blue screen with the error message "pfn_list_currupt", after which my computer promptly restarts itself. I can boot into safe mode with no problems, but I don't know what to do to fix the problem. The computer I am using is a MacBook Pro 2.16 Core 2 Duo with 2 Gigs of RAM.
I have read that this error can be related to bad memory. The RAM I am using is not the original Apple installed memory, but I did have it in my old MacBook which ran Windows perfectly from the same install disk.
Any ideas as to what I can do to get this working?
