Hello,
I would like to buy an iBook. But since I never worked with Mac, I have a newbie question:
Currently I work on a Toshiba Pentium 4 1.7GHz laptop, is the iBook G4 1GHz competitive with that machine? Because I would like to use it for developing programs in Java and dynamic websites in PHP, JSP etc. So I want to know (before buying it) if the iBook is powerful enough for that use. Do I have to add memory? Is the Powerbook better for me?
