Best way to clean white macbook?

I know apple recommends a cotton cloth dampened, but I figured you mac users could give me some tips that you know from experience. Some discoloration on spacebar/palm rests over time. What's good for getting it off? For the screen?

I wouldn't use the eraser on the screen though, it could cause scratching on the gloss display. I personally don't like the magic erasers I feel they leave a residue and grit behind. Sometimes it's too abrasive and it can scratch the plastic.

I usually just damp a cloth with some mild soap, turn the computer off and give it a little rub down.

I find that a "A photographic lens Cleaning Cloth" just dampened seems to do the job and i think its safer

I spray a paper towel down with some clorox and works for me.
