I used to use Ghostsurf to access certain software sites that are blocked by my ISP. This was when I had a PC

Is there a software like that available for Mac OS X???

Thanks but I use 10.3 Panther....

How do I use dashboard with Panther???/

Dashboard was only one suggestion.

I don't know of any programs off the top of my head. You'll have to do a search on google on versiontracker.com
