No, Mac OS X will only run on Apple hardware. In short, you must have a Mac to run Mac OS.

Yeah the apple OSX only has drivers for apple hardware and is set up to only work on apple hardware. There are hacks on the net that will allow you to run it on an regular PC, but they are just that Hacks. If you have problems apple will not help you and the hacks are far from bug free.
Your better off just saving yourself the headache not and buying an apple computer if you want to use OSX.

Plus the legality of using aforementioned hacks is questionable at best, so don't expect any help from members on this forum either if you choose to go down that road.
Might I suggest selling your PC instead and getting a nice Macbook?
