Deleted files

Hi,
I'm using OS X 10.3 with my computer. 4 days ago i deleted a very important file from one of my hard discs . i need this file to continue a project. i know there are some softwares helping to find deleted files for windows platform. please help! how can i find these files in OS X 10.3

Try Data Rescue. But you'll have to shell out some cash.
