need help installing program

Hey All,

I'm trying to install an iTunes plugin at http://arcticlounge.com/maltx/. That results in a file called MacAmpLiteX.dmg.sit. I just double clicked on it and I ended up accidentally installing MS Word. (Grr. I hate to sully my virgin MBP with it, but oh well.)

Can someone please explain how I install this thing?

You need to download the free Stuffit Expander. Try Version Tracker. .SIT's are opened with Stuffit Expander.
