MBP Dead in three days

I was loading my music cd into Itunes and a flag came up to restart .
I did now only the screen lights up and unable to inject the music CD
to insert the system disc any one help.

15" 2.2Ghz SR MBP
while starting up hold down the mouse button, it should eject the CD.

Have Pressed C at Startup - Pressed Eject12 - Pressed T - Pressed Track pad Button -
