You have 10.5?

How did you get it?

It better be legitimate D:< 10.5 isnt out yet.

First you need to delete the httpmail.mailbundle folder at:

MacintoshHD -> YourUserAccount -> Library -> Mail -> Bundles.

Just delete the Bundles folder to get rid of the lot. You have to make sure every http-Mail folder that was created is deleted.

Then launch Terminal and type in the following:

defaults write com.apple.mail EnableBundles 0

Please be very careful that you type exactly what I have, spelling and space wise. Then press enter to execute the command and the Plugin will be deactivated.

thanks for the help and i will be careful. the reason i need to remove it is because it is preventing mail from opening in 10.5 and i just get a warning that mail can not open because httpmail was designed for 10.4. do you see any reason why your instructions wouldnt work in 10.5?

thanks
