G3 imac 500mhz and 266mhz, ipod mini
hello, I this morning I went to boot up my Imac (indigo) and the button lit up the hard drive spin up as well as it made those loud CRT noises it makes but the screen stayed black then after about 5 seconds it just died. To get it to that exact thing again I have to yank out the power cable and put it back in. HOWEVER after I removed the hard drive it would boot just fine, well atleast to the loading screen. Then when I put HD back in same thing. what is wrong? ...Capacitors... to much draw..
