iPod Video conversion problems

I've been converting episodes of "24" to put onto my 5g 60GB iPod (Yes I do own the DVD).

I've been using Visualhub and converting using the M4V format.

Everything was fine until my iPod started refusing to sync some of the files. They play fine in iTunes but will not sync to the iPod.

I tried changing the extension to MP4 but that didn't help at all.

Any ideas?

Hm.. I use M4V files for the iPod, so that's not the problem.

iPod full? :)

What are the specific VisualHub settings? Are you using the "Advanced" features? Are you setting it to "Go Nuts". Please give more info. I don't use VH for DVD conversion, but I have used it before.

I use the preset iPod settings as they've always worked fine for me in the past.

P.S. Is the iTunes bar in your signature for real?!

Well, not sure why it stopped working.

Yes, it is real, and that is only music, not any of my video library.

You can see the rest of the details HERE.
