Keep music in Order on iTunes

I'm DLing tracks and adding them to iTunes....now my files are labeled with the track number first....example: 01_-in_bloom.mp3....but when they are added into iTunes, they dont stay in order, they are completely shuffled!! really aggrevating especially when listening to stand up comedy that gets all out of order.....anyway to fix this?? Thanks so much!

If you fix the ID tags for Album, Artist and Track Number, you can make it do what you want.

OK I really don't know how in the world to do that and it's driving me up the wall, can anyone elaborate??

Select a song, or group of songs by the same artist/Album, and hit Apple+I. Fill in the info as appropriate.
