iBook G4, 1.07Ghz, 768 MB / iPod Video / Macbook Pro 2.4Ghz
...a HD & a superdrive. Does anyone know if I can safely replace an old HD & CD/DVD read only drive on a powerbook (500MHz G4 20GB) with the HD & Superdrive I have on my current iBook (G4 1.07Ghz)?

After doing a bit of research I'm not too sure you can replace the HD but you defo can't replace the Optical drive!
