i cant open itunes !! an error occures !

hi every1. i got a problem with itunes 7 (latest version). actually i got my new video ipod.i installed itunes & everything worked. but after 2 weeks ,i dont know wht actually happened ?? i have no idea wht happened , now whenever i try to open itunes,it says error,which is" itunes has encounterd a problem......... " i saw its details it says "
ERROR signature

i dont know whts goin on . plzzz anyone help me to solve this problem. i m fed up!!! plzz help.

solution!!!!!

ok I got it!!. I uninstalled everything again. did a sweep of the registry, turned OFF all AVG and the XP firewall, reinstalled JAVA and redownloaded itunes and everything went great.
Seems it was either the antivirus or the firewall.
