Help!

When trying to access various 'Log-In' sites I'm getting the following message. I had previoously been able to access all the sites, and this only started last night. Can anyone help? PS - I'm a complete IT numpty, so laymans talk only please!

I am a big fan of a plain old reboot any time something just stops working correctly. The error message seems to be saying that your browser is trying to connect to a secure web site over port 80 instead of 443. There are plenty of reasons that could happen, but none that I can think of that would kick in for no reason.
