Right, I have a serious shopping problem. I just brought a G3 350Mhz Slot Loading iMac.

It was £29 including postage, so not bad.
Anywho, it comes with a blank hard drive, I have Mac OS 10.4 on CDs (5), but am almost certain that this particular mac won't run OS X without a firmware upgrade.

Thats what it says on the apple website.
Thing is, the firmware upgrade runs from inside OS 9. I have no OS 9 discs. Any way I can get around this? (Or anyone wanna PM me a link for a good download site
