"windtunnel"

I bought a dual optical "windtunnel" on ebay and it is great. I found a reference to an alternative power supply and fan deal which expired in 2003. I would like to source something to cut the appalling noise level in 2007. I can't find anything in the obvious places (no surprise there). Can anyone advise me if quieter power supplies are still out there?

I have a windtunnel and had the thing modified. It makes a tremendous difference. But I'm not sure whether the power supply was changed; I don't think so. I think it was the fan housing(s) or placement or something else that was redesigned.

So if you're searching the web for info, using the term "power supply" might not return anything useful.
