Hello all,

I just received my new model of the macbook with the 2.16GHZ processor. When I use Boot Camp to partition my drive, burn my mac drivers cd, and then insert the bonafide XP CD and then restart my computer....the white screen stays on for about 15 seconds, then the XP CD is ejected and the screen is frozen on the white screen. When I press the power button once quickly, the system reboots and then a msdos message says NO BOOTABLE DEVICE -- INSERT BOOT DISK AND PRESS ANY KEY.

I would appreciate some direction on this. My firmware and updates are all up to date and my XP CD is the correct version.

Thank you,
ttank

I figured it out. I restarted the mac while holding option, waited for the drive select screen, inserted the XP CD, and selected the XP CD. Works so far.
