Looking for a good visual diff/merge app

I'm looking for a really really good visual diff app. FileMerge doesn't cut it.. it highlights rows that are exactly the same, not sure why. WinMerge for Windows is an example of a really kickass diff app.

Anything good for OS X? Surely there is...

There's a decent compare/merge interface built into TextWrangler. (Search > Find Differences...)

BBEdit's is great. It can find differences in folders of files as well. It's pretty crazy.
