I have a Motorola Razr V3, with a usb data cable. How can I plug it into my mac and be able to transfer things to and from my phone?

Take the plug, and insert it into the Mac. Then open iSync to sync contacts and address book.

The phone will mount as a USB drive on your desktop. You can then open t like any drive or disk image.

Be aware that if it's Verizon, the phone is locked down and you can not do USB transfers. It is possible with a series of hacks, but this can be somewhat complicated. If you're interested, try http://www.hacktherazr.com
