Program for Multipage posters

I need to create some rather large posters. The easier way would be to find a program that would allow me to make a large posters by pasting together multiple sheets of printed 8x11 sheets of paper.


Is there a program that would let me do this?

Would The Rasterbator do?

I am going to be designing the posters and using something like pages would be super slick and easy but it doesn't look like I can export the file as an image, from what I can tell that is what rastorbator requires.

Well, you can print to PDF and then convert the PDF to JPEG using Preview. I haven't tried it personaly, soi don't know what resolution you may need or if it only works for images, i read about this in JPG Magazine, your post reminded me of it.

The Hp software that came with my HP Photosmart printer will do this. I've not tried it, but I have played with the settings. You tell it what picture and it has a list of options for multi-page posters.
