Switcheroo for the new?

I recently bought (2 mo) a new MBP 2.16GHz. Ive been a bit upset by the amount of crashes I've gotten since purchasing it. I was wondering, if and when I take my laptop into the apple store for repairs and they determine that a replacement will be required, will I get the exact same model laptop that I currently own or will they just give me the equivalent of their newest model (2.2 Ghz)? I'm assuming that I will get the exact of my current laptop.

what kind of crashes are u facing, cuz i may have the same problem, i dont want a new laptop, i just want them to fix mine, my wifi is not working correctly, and i get that error msg that i need to restart my laptop every now and then.
