My Macbook Pro has started to have the oddest issue -- when I restart or shutdown, the Macbook will turn completely off. The screen will go blank as if I shutdown (even when I restart) and I can't power it up even by hitting the power button. I have to wait 10-15 minutes and only then when I hit the power button it will turn on.
