american model work in the uk?

do you guys know whether the US version mac mini would work okay in the UK? maybe need just a power converter or something?

the US prices is considerable cheaper than the uk store and im going to america in a few weeks so, not sure if anyone knows?

Wouldn't it suffice to get the power cable for the UK Mini? In practice it won't do much difference, but it'll look a bit better

It will be ok. I brought my MBP pro from the UK to Japan. All I did was go to the apple store and buy the new pluggy bit on the end of the cable.
