I have a 500Mhz G4 Sawtooth. The AGP Slot is AGP 2x. That ATI card is not 128Megs RAM but a Rage 128 with 16Megs RAM. You can for sure get a Mac version of the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro for it. It will do both 2 and 4x AGP. They make a 128 Meg and 256 Meg but for that slower 2x AGP system, I would not bother with the 256 Meg one at all. There are sellers on Ebay selling the 9800 Pro Mac editions. I got one then later put it in my G4 Digital Audio with an AGP 4x slot and faster bus and RAM and it flies. Do remember that you can not use a stock PC version of the card. You have to get the Mac version with a Mac ROM. There are Flashed Radeon 9800 Pros on Ebay that were PC cards flashed to Mac ROM code, but it's better to get the real item.
