Do you have the DVD's you won on you? Do they say Mac Pro or MacBook Pro? The Ebay dood says 2 different things in his listing. VERY confusing. The Manual for sure says Mac Pro. If they are Mac Pro DVD's you can not use them on the MBP. Sad the original owner of that MBP you purchased zapped OSX off the drive. Do not ever buy a used Mac like that without at least the OS DVD's that came with it!! You would need either the factory DVD's that come with the MBP or a Full Instal of Tiger. Go to an Apple Store and tell them what is up.
