Just one more reason not to use the old Yahoo Maps .. Thanks to them I got lost in Atlanta after streets signs were updated and the maps weren't. Great story though!

I'm confused. He did run a red light, didn't he? But because the officer forgot it was two-way, it was thrown out?

Tickets will be void with incorrect information. In the ticket write up, I am going to assume that she wrote that he turned from a one way street, so therefore the ticket is void and nothing can be done.

He did run a red light, but the ticket wasn't valid.

a) had his notebook with him in court and
b) was able to find a weak wifi connection!

now that you point that out... they should have written him up for theft of the internet. He had no permisson to log onto/use that "weak internet signal"

That's...just simply crazy, gotta love the way law works, except when little technicalities get real criminals (other than petty traffic violations) out of serving time.
