I am having problems with newest final cut, I can't render selection, i have to render all. any way to get this back?

Are you sure that the play head is over the part that needs to be rendered, and are you picking the right color that needs rendering.

yea, make sure that what you want to render is actually...well, selected. Sometimes people forget to highlight the clip and they cant render just one selection.
