flash skips on NBC.com

I was wondering if anyone has issues watching tv shows on nbc.com? each time I try to watch Heroes it skips and its very annoying! its a flash video and flash video normally runs fine on my ibook

specs

1.2 ghz
256 ram
32mb ati

any suggestions?
