Is there a way to reinstall the default fonts without having to do a total install of os X? Fonts are making my apps crash and I just want to have the default fonts on my mac now. thanks.

I've read that before, but what I want to do is just reinstall all my font folders because I've done damage to it by deleting some. Can the OS X disk do this without deleting everything I have on my HD?

Start by searching VersionTracker for Pacifist....it's an app that will let you choose specific packages to install off the OS X discs.

Yes it worked! Thanks!!! But one question... are fonts like Arial of Futura default on the OS X disc? Because they aren't there.
